    1. Present a bulletin that offers useful information. And that is organized to enhance the growth of the parish.
    2. Utilize the bulletin boards to present parish/community activities that are well done.
    3. Examine the phone system for easier use.
  3. Consult with other committees and parish staff to help foster efficient communication.
    1. Offer instructions on communication tools that can connect the people and committees with the activities that are planed to help promoting and organization.
  4. Monitor our marketing image.
    1. Update all parish advertising – bulletin, bulletin boards, letterhead, envelopes, parish signs, ...
    2. Market the parish through outside sources.
